Corrections, Clarifications and New Analysis

Not every follow-up needs the same work. This page explains what counts as a correction, what is a clarification, and when a request needs fresh analysis or a new report.

Please identify the closest request type before contacting support. A factual error can often be checked against the original order, while a new question may require an astrologer to study factors that were not part of the delivered report. Disagreeing with an interpretation or not seeing an expected event is not, by itself, proof of a factual error.
A

Factual correction

A printed fact or calculation input is different from the information that should have been used, such as an incorrect name, date of birth, exact birth time, birthplace, or selected gender.

What this includes

A report field that does not match the details submitted in the original booking form. A spelling correction that does not affect calculations also belongs here.

How it is handled

Send the Order ID, the incorrect value, the correct value, and proof of what was originally submitted. If our team used different data, we will correct it. If the submitted birth data itself was wrong, recalculation and re-preparation may be required; support will confirm the scope before work begins.

Report clarification

You want a section, chart, table, date range, or sentence already present in your report explained in simpler words.

What this includes

Understanding what an existing Dasha table means, where a conclusion appears, or how two statements in the delivered report should be read together.

How it is handled

Send the Order ID, PDF page number, section heading, and the exact line or table causing confusion. A clarification explains existing analysis; it does not add a new life question or calculate a new chart.

C

New question requiring additional analysis

You are asking about a matter that the delivered report did not analyse, or you want a fresh prediction based on a later event, new person, new date, or more specific question.

What this includes

A new career decision, a relationship question involving another chart, event timing beyond the report's scope, or a follow-up that requires the astrologer to judge additional combinations.

How it is handled

Support will tell you which consultation, add-on, or report fits the question. This is separate from correcting an error because it requires new astrological work.

D

Report-language change

You want the report prepared in a language different from the language selected in the order.

What this includes

Changing between English, Hindi, and Marathi. This is not a word-by-word correction; the report has to be prepared again in the requested language.

How it is handled

Ask as early as possible. Before preparation, support will check whether the language can be changed. After delivery, re-preparation may be needed and support will confirm availability and any applicable scope before proceeding.

E

New report request

You want a different report, another person's chart, updated birth details for a separate chart, or a product that was not included in the original order.

What this includes

A Gem-Stones Report after ordering only a Kundali, Match-Making for two people, or a report for a family member.

How it is handled

Place a separate order through the relevant booking form. Support can share the correct booking link; a new report is not treated as a revision to the delivered file.

Send one complete request

  • Order ID and the booking name
  • PDF page number and section heading, if the report has been delivered
  • The incorrect value and the correct value for a factual correction
  • One clearly written question for a clarification
  • A screenshot only when it helps identify the page or error; hide unrelated personal information

Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, password, or full card number. Do not post your birth details or report pages publicly.

Astrology reports are guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. A clarification explains the method and the delivered interpretation; it cannot promise that a predicted event will occur.
