Your birth details, your relationships, your personal questions — the things you share with us to get a personalised report are genuinely personal. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.

Information We Collect

To generate your personalised report, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and your exact date, time, and place of birth. If you use our chat assistant, we also receive the messages you send it.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to generate your personalised astrology report, to contact you about your consultation or booking, and to respond to questions you ask through our contact form or chat assistant. We do not use your birth details for anything beyond preparing your own report.

How Your Report Is Delivered

Your completed report is delivered as a PDF to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide within 24 hours of booking. Reports purchased through a dedicated ₹99 offer form are delivered within 3 hours.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the specific service providers needed to run our business — for example, email and WhatsApp delivery services, and the third-party AI provider that powers our general-questions chat assistant (which never receives your birth chart or personal report details). We never share your information for advertising purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No online system is completely immune to risk, but we treat your birth and contact details with the same care we'd want for our own.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to your enquiries, and meet any legal or accounting obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by writing to us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies — for example, to remember which language (English, Hindi, or Marathi) you last chose. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
