Your birth details, contact details and personal questions are private. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we use it, who helps us provide the service, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

When you book a report, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the date, time and place of birth needed for the report. We also receive order, payment, referral and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Our guided help runs in your browser; the questions you choose there are not sent to or stored by us. Separately, our free astrology tools run entirely inside your browser: the name, date, time and place of birth you type into a tool are used to calculate your result on your own device and are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere. The only thing a free tool ever sends us is an email address, and only if you choose to enter one to open that tool's final section.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare and deliver the report you ordered, manage the booking and payment, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting duties. Birth details are used to prepare the requested report and resolve related corrections or questions; they are not used for advertising measurement. An email address given to open a free tool's final section is used to send occasional astrology updates and offers, which is what the tick-box beside it asks your permission for. It is not used to prepare a report, and it is never sold or rented.

How Your Report Is Delivered

Your completed report is delivered as a PDF to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide within 24 hours of booking. Reports purchased through a dedicated ₹99 offer form are delivered within 3 hours.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use service providers for booking forms, payments, hosting, email, WhatsApp delivery, analytics and advertising measurement. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel browser tracking runs only if you allow it. For a confirmed paid order, server-side purchase measurement may send Meta securely hashed contact identifiers, the amount paid and an opaque order reference so an advertisement can be matched to a purchase. We do not send Meta your birth details, chart or report content. You can contact us if you object to this marketing measurement. Email addresses captured through the free tools are also copied into a private Google Sheet used only by us to manage that list.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No online system is completely immune to risk, but we treat your birth and contact details with the same care we'd want for our own.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver your report, respond to your enquiries, and meet any legal or accounting obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised. An email address given through a free tool is kept until you unsubscribe, after which it is retained only as a record that you opted out, so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to marketing measurement by writing to us below. You can withdraw optional browser analytics at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any information we must retain by law. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely by writing to support@yatharthkundali.com.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Necessary browser storage supports core site features, security and your saved privacy choice. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and load only after you allow analytics. You can review or change this choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.

Children's Privacy

A parent or legal guardian may book a horoscope for a child. The adult must submit the information, confirm that they are authorised to do so, and manage all communication with us. A child should not make a booking independently.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.

Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, you can contact our Grievance Officer under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
